The LILAS Pain Relief Patch is a must have if you have painful periods (or anything for that matter).Pros:1. The patch provides pain relief for many types of issues.2. It provides relief for those who have painful period cramps.3. Relief seems to last for at least 12 hours, or longer if left on for more than that.4. The patch is all natural, and you don't have to worry about any side effects.5. It stays on until removed, with no issues.6. A 5 pack for the price advertised is a pretty good deal.Cons:1. While it does provide relief, I still feel the need to take pain reliever and herbal supplements to aid in pain relief. It absolutely helps more to have it, but it doesn't replace pain reliever and supplements for me.2. It leaves a residue/rash temporarily after removing the patch. I notice this makes another patch applied immediately after removing one less effective as it doesn't stick to the same area. Waiting awhile or washing the area before applying a new patch works best.Overall: This pain relief patch definitely aids in my pain relief during the monthly curse. I only use it on my most painful days. It's effective, and I'm giving it five stars as the pros outweigh the cons.

I have ovarian cysts, possible endometriosis, and usually my period sucker-punches me every month with debilitating cramps that leave me writhing in bed for hours, unable to get up (much less walk). Often the pain is so bad I throw up.I have tried everything: cycle syncing, daily yoga practice, dong quai and Chasteberry supplements, DIM, special menstrual disks instead of tampons, infradian rhythm-informed diet, heat packs, tons of ginger tea, tons of ibuprofen (and I’ve tried all these things simultaneously, too). I was even on birth control for a bit but it just gave me a whole host of other symptoms and I decided it wasn’t for me.None of it was working and I feared I’d have to break down and buy an expensive TENS unit.Until I gave Lilas a try, that is!I’m trying to cut out all pharmaceuticals, but then my period struck and it was as awful as always, so instead of popping some ibuprofen I stuck one of these things on my abdomen, and it really was instant relief!It smells nice, it’s easy and convenient, and the patches are very portable, which is great for someone like me whose job involves constant traveling.The sensation they give is a little chilling, so if you can, try to be under a blanket or in pants or something to keep warm if you’re sensitive to the cold like I am.I still have some minor cramps, but it’s like the difference between fifteen bodybuilders beating you up constantly and someone poking you every now and then: unpleasant but slight and fleeting.Will be repurchasing these and keeping them stocked. I feel so empowered because my period will no longer have the power to halt my life.

I have the *great* combo of PCOS and Interstitial Cystitis so I get AWFUL ovarian cysts, bladder pain and just general cramping in my lower abdomen. These patches have been a life saver for me.I’m normally used to using heating pads and hot water bottles to help with pain so I was skeptical about using a patch with eucalyptus and cooling properties but I’m on my 3rd box and loving them.Once you apply them to the area where you’re experiencing pain, for me, the lower abdomen, you instantly feel (and smell) the eucalyptus cooling effects. For me, it takes about 10 minutes for it to really reach its “peak” and I’m finally able to talk, move and breathe againHIGHLY recommend for anyone that suffers from cysts or cramps.I also used a patch on a leg cramp I had one evening that was keeping me up for hours. I am immensely grateful to the makers of this product. I usually never write reviews but I had to write this one. I have been struggling with endometriosis since many years and I experience excruciating pain. OTC pain reliever never worked for me. During those days I only take prescription pain reliever to relive my debilitating cramps. I had my surgery 4 months back. It did make a difference but still the pain is intense at times. Sometimes my pain reliever doesnt stop my pain entirely, my lower back hurts like hell. Then I apply this patch and trust me it works like magic. You will see a noticeable difference within few minutes of application. I apply it on my lower back and I am able to relax. If you are someone who has been struggling with painful periods, please try this. I’m sure you will not be disappointed. Because if it worked for me (someone who has been struggling with endo) it will work for everyone I believe.

Let me just say this ....I am not sure who set up my package, but thank you for sending 6 patches instead of 5. I had surgery March 11, 2020 for Endometriosis and heavy bleeding . I also had Mirena insertion and started Orilissa. My body is still in recovery mode I think . When my first cycle after all that ( currently on day 7) the pain is just as bad as before. I found these patches online and decided to give it a try . I felt a little better and was able to sleep all night long . Now that I'm up the pain is starting back .
