I find these gummies area a much more pleasant way to take a magnesium supplement as the pill type all seem to be huge, chalky and difficult to swallow even when divided up. Must have bought my 6th bottle now. Was found to be vitamin d deficient unfortunately. So had to take 4000units eventually dropped and now only take one a day. Hoping that is sufficient. Nice blueberry flavour too. Enough sweetness.

Both my husband and I appreciated the fact that these gummies do not all stick together in one huge clump in the bottle! They are pineapple flavoured, which makes a change from the usual raspberry, strawberry or mixed fruit flavours available elsewhere. It's nice to think that they are doing us some good as well as being a tasty treat! It's an added bonus that the dosage is just one gummy a day instead of the two required by so many other makes, so the bottle lasts longer.
