Q: Bought two of these, and one the intensity will no longer move past 70% in rbg mode. is there a way to do a reset to fix the intensity?

70% is default highest power if the light is plugged in I'm pretty sure.

Q: How long is the battery life? At 1/4, 1/2 and 1/1?

3000mAh battery offers a long working time of 110 minutes in 100% brightness.

Q: Tripod available for these lights?

Yes. Any standard tripod mount will do.
