Q: I usually use easy off for my stove but the fumes are too strong to handle, will this work as well as the easy off?

Let stove cool down first. Then use awesome. It don't do that. Wherever I use it on stove tops and oven.

Yes and it can also be used in rug cleaner machines.

Q: can this be used to clean ext of house

It gives dilution ratio on the bottle and yes it can be used for windows at 120 (water) to 1 (La's), that would be however you need, if little then it would be 120 oz. to 1 oz. of water, etc. Use caution, ingredents list unable to find, not even the EWG has it.
