Been a while. I am using this in my RV. Working so far.

It's a good deal for the price and keeps my floor warm.
It keeps the floor warm and steady temperature. The wires are fairly thick and it took a lot of self leveling concrete to cover the wires.

Works well - good bargain
Works well - but just like any product from any supplier, you need to check resistance, record resistance, monitor wire integrity with a continuity checker, and check often. Controller is nothing to write home about but it works just as it should and costs less than any other options out there. I’m happy with the install and it works well.

Lots of work but worth it!
Laying out the wire matting to accommodate all the nooks and toilet room was a challenge especially since the wire can not be shortened and I only had 2 square feet extra to accommodate my 70sq. ft. Bath.

Can't be too careful.
I set the first half checking each tile, then somehow it was broken. It was a good idea.
