This thing is great! I take it as a pre workout for intensive training days. It supports by giving energy and improves workout performance and I lose nearly 0.5 kg of weight whenever I drink it.

Avoid it as you will get stomach ache!!
Started having it and started getting nauseous 2-3 hours after having it. It also gave me diarrhea. I would suggest using maximum of 2g instead of this 4.5g tubes as it is way higher than the recommended dosage by doctors.
