Arrived broken but was replaced!
The dishes are a good size. The novel, colorful graphics are really nice but 25% of the first set arrived broken. This was disappointing and embarrassing as this was a gift. HOWEVER, after a few attempts to request replacements, I was sent a whole 2nd set. This time the set was boxed and protected with adequate cardboard and bubble wrap. I appreciate the way this was handled. Great customer service!

I bought this set as a housewarming gift for a friend. They are excellent quality, look so good, and were overall such a great purchase! They were packaged well and shipped with care. Not a chip or scratch on them. If you are considering purchasing these - do it! So fun.

Attention all hands! This set of four Star Trek: The Next Generation LCARS dinnerware is amazing! Whether you're hosting a former dinner with Starfleet, or a First Contact Day party--this set will make it so. Graphics are 100% accurate to Mike Otuka's designs of the series. I was worried about the shipping based on earlier reviews, but, the entire set was double-shock packed with TWO BOXES! So get your and enjoy your Federation choice of meal and do not forget the Earl Grey tea. How about seconds?

Niceness of the product.
There are small airbobles on plates. Not even and worpped. For the price it should have been setting of 8. For the workman ship that whent into it.

Great for the Star Trek fans
After 20+ years, we decided to replace our Cobalt dishes and went with these. Husband was a little disappointed with the mugs compared to the plates and bowls, but overall, we're happy with this set.The plates seem bigger than round plates the same size. The dinner plates barely fit in our Capsule dishwasher.The ceramic is very heavy.A little pricey, but if you're a fan, worth the cost.

Product arrived with several broken pieces, they wanted you to exchange the entire box.Over a year later, only 2 of 16 pieces remain unbroken. Garbage
