Q: Will this fit a Savi 8220 headset? Last set I ordered were the size of a quarter, and these are the size of a small biscuit.

Actually I would go with these. Replacement Ear Cushions for Plantronics Savi 8210 and 8220 Wireless Headsets Bundle with Headset Advisor Wipe- 2 Pack 211424-01 I had to end gluing mine on, and they aren't that comfortable.
