I am in the process of relocating one of my outdoor bullet cameras to the back of my garage, where I'll be setting up a couple of cat shelters. Since I am repurposing this older camera for that setup, I needed another PoE, and this one works perfectly.I really prefer this style of injector because it's power brick and separate power cord help keep things neater on a power strip. 2 other PoE injectors I have are the direct plug in style, which takes up 2 outlets, leaving less room for plugging in other devices. These are really easy to set up, just plug in a LAN cable from your router or switch, then plug in the PoE cable to your camera. I'm currently using just a 25' Ethernet cable, but will swap that out for a 250' once the final installation is done.Overall this is an incredible PoE injector at this price point and it's well worth buying!

This one goes up to 30 watts, so it can feed a PoE splitter and several cameras, or a PoE-powered access point.
