Alpine Corporation 53" H Indoor/Outdoor Artificial Christmas Tree with LED Lights, Red, Christmas Decoration

These Festive Sparkling trees are so beautiful, a special addition to my Christmas decorations! I bought 2 of them and am putting them in a big plant pot with greenery and ribbon on my front porch. Super easy to assemble, too.I had an issue with one of the adapters. I contacted the company, Alpine Corp. and was assisted by Karen, who promptly took my information and will be sending me a replacement…now that is great customer service!I highly recommend these trees from Alpine Corp!

Purchased several each year over and love their bright cheerful appearance. Very easy to unpack and set up. I tape the joint between the lower and upper center tube to keep it from separating during set up and storage for next year. If you use the stake, instead of stand, using a 3/4" steel pipe (placed over the center tube) and rubber mallet allows you to drive the stake into tough soil without damaging the center tube. But what really stands out is the very responsive customer service. We had one tree with lights that quit working and the replacement, under warranty, was promptly sent.

Not sure if I didn't read and comprehend the size of the measurements provided. But the tree itself is super cute for decorating a small space. Very sturdy and could hold ornaments if you wanted to! Recommend for smaller space.

Fun, sparkly tree. A little unstable if used indoors, so I had to add weights to keep it from tipping, but exactly what I was looking for for Nutcracker decorations.

First, the silver tree. We saw one in the waiting room of our doctor's office. We thought it was so unique and beautiful, I immediately ordered it from Amazon. We put ours outside, and even with a wind and rain storm, it remained erect. It has a great way to keep it stable in the ground. All the lights continued to shine, and there is no sign of tarnish. Second, the customer service. Our original tree arrived damaged, but there was a phone number for customer service right in the box. I called, and a lovely person (Grace) immediately answered. When I told her the problem, she sent me an email with a service request. I simply had to email a photo of the damage, and of my Amazon purchase order. Three days later, a new tree arrived! I couldn't have been more pleased. I highly recommend this product and the Alpine Corporation. I know that we will enjoy this tree for many years.

I received the the alpine Christmas tree and the standThere was a defect the tree would not stand straightOr stay in the hole of the baseI contacted customer service at Alpine and I took a picture of the tree and the stand and the representative will help me saw that there was a defect handled the claim very professional and is mailing me another tree with the stand. It’s a beautiful tree and I can’t wait to put it outside.She went out of her way so I will receive the tree before Christmas and I could display it outside my house. I’m very happy.
