Balance Me Gradual Tanning Drops 1.01 fl oz, With Vitamin E, Hydrating Self Tanning for Face & Body, Streak-Free and No Odour

I really like these drops, I mix them with my moisturizer. I also like the fact it is a clean product with healthy ingredients!

I have fair skin, so I started out slow and added 4 drops to a dime size amount of moisturizer and mixed well in the palm of my hand. When I apply a face tanner, I pull my hair back so I can blend it all the way to my hairline so I don't get any white lines. I forgot about it until the next morning when I could see a subtle difference in skin color. It lasted a few days before fading and then I tried it again with a different moisturizer. Same good results.I like that I can control how light or dark I want the results to appear. In the winter, I only want a subtle glow. In the summer I will want a sightly darker tan.

I purchased the balance me gradual tanning drops through the Amazon vine program. Okay, to be honest I didn’t have high hopes with this one. I thought if it worked at all, maybe the best I could hope for is a glow. WRONG!!!! Wow, these drops ACTUALLY WORK. I wasn’t expecting much .... I followed the directions and I woke up with a glow. The next day, I woke up with a light tan. Looked awesome AND natural. That’s the kicker... not only did it work, but the tan was natural looking. Here’s what I did... I only used it in the morning 2 days in a row. I mixed 4 drops into my day cream and went about my day. I skipped using it day 3.... but used again on day 4. I mixed 2 drops in with my day cream and maintained it that way. Every other day ( to maintain ) I use 2 drops. I don’t use it at night only because I have a regimen I use at night and there’s enough products on my face. It doesn’t have a fake tan smell during application or thereafter. My day cream is unscented, so I’m sure I would’ve smelled something if it had a scent. The bottle is plastic but the dropper is glass. It’s crazy easy to use. I wouldn’t use this on my whole body just because I would go through it too quick. I use it on my face, neck and chest area. All the places I would normally put my day cream. If it were summer... I’d use this for several days in a row to get darker... However, right down it’s winter and it would look stupid to have a tan face and the rest of my body is pale. I’m VERY IMPRESSED with this product. They have themselves a new customer. As soon as I’m done with this bottle... I’ll be ordering a new one. If you’re on the fence with this... hop on over. You’ll love it and won’t regret it!!!

This self tanner comes in a bottle with an eye dropper which makes it easy to use. You mix it with your moisturizer and wait for 10 minutes for it to dry before getting dressed. In my case, my face still felt oily after more than 10 minutes so I ended up wiping it off with a cotton pad and micellar water. I still got a light glow that looked natural. These tanning drops must be REALLY gradual because I've been using this product for over a week with my face cream and noticed NO change in my skin tone whatsoever. I'm very disappointed.

This stuff is a life saver. Where I live we’re coming to the tail end of winter, but as our winters drop to -40C the tail end is still around -20. Throw in intermittent Covid lockdowns and it means I haven’t gotten much sun in recent months, and my already pale British complexion is now so blindingly white it can only be safely viewed through protective goggles.As a guy I’m not eager to advertise the fact that I’m using any kind of self tanner, because it carries the stigma of either unattractive vanity or a failed presidency, so I was pleased to find that by mixing a drop or two with my moisturiser I could achieve a subtle and even tan to take the edge off my winter paleness. This stuff is pretty foolproof. It takes at least a few days of use to build the desired glow, so there’s no danger of accidentally overdoing it and ending up with the trademark Trumpian patchy pumpkin hue.Some of the reviews complain that these drops have that noticeable self tanning scent familiar to anyone who used stuff like this back in the day, but I really haven’t noticed it and I have a fairly keen sense of smell. There’s certainly something there, but it’s not strong enough to be at all off putting.Easy five stars here. I’ve used it on my face and neck for a few days and I’m very happy with the mild tan I now have, so I’ll hold off until it fades. You can use this all over your body if you want, but if you limit it to your face I can imagine a single bottle might stretch to well over a year of use.

If by gradual tanning, they mean it never happens, than this is the product for you! I have tried all types of self tanners over the years with more than disappointing results. You either turn orange and smell horrible or you turn streaky orange and smell horrible. Sadly, Balance Me is not the exception. I mixed some drops with my favorite lotion and applied. I didn't expect much the first day since it says it's gradual, but then nothing happened the second or third either. Yea, it's easy to apply and doesn't stain or streak, but that's mostly because it doesn't really do anything. If there's a tint or glow, I didn't see it and neither did anyone else. There was one thing that did get noticed though. The smell. You know the one. The self tanners of the 90s were some of the worst smelling product to exist. Luckily, this one isn't nearly that bad, but it's still there. Just subtle enough that you almost don't notice.....and at first, I didn't. My husband and some of my friends did though. They agreed it wasn't overpowering, just something they'd catch a whiff of here and there, but once they pointed it out, I smelled it every time I moved, undressed, whatever. That's enough for me to say no more. Even if it gave a great glow (it didn't) I wouldn't continue once I realized what I smelled like to others.
