UPDATE: Changed my rating from 3 to 5 because the seller reached out to me and offered to make it right. I declined because my daughter is wearing it. She giggled and put it right on. The quality of the necklace is fine, just needs a redesign.It absolutely isn't going to be recognized as an "I", which is disappointing. Even when on, it doesn't lay right to see it as an I. It should be solid and flatter so it lays. Poor design and seems like common sense could have stopped this from happening. It was a gift for my daughter and now I feel embarrassed to give it.
