Nice shift knob
I was impressed at the quality of this shifter knob. It fit right directly on my Ford Ranger's shifter without any of the supplied adapters. Nice and solid feeling. Looks good too.

Collar too big for reverse pull up switch
Collar that goes around bottom to hide set screws, fits too tightly when pulling up for reverse gear. It gets stuck and wont release on its own, you have to manually unstick it and pull the reverse switch back down, beyond aggravating.

Looks great, poor design
The shift knob looks great and is an okay price but that's about all the good I have to say about it.Issues I have are:(1) comes apart over time unless you some how glue the pieces or tighten it INSANELY well, and yet, is still prone to coming apart while driving/shifting(2) the metal gets extremely hot in the sun/heat - this is given with any metal shift knob, but something to consider(3) smaller than my liking. I have "medium" gloved sized hands for reference. It's a tad smaller than I like. I can't fully grasp it to shift, I have to like, "half" grasp it with 3-4 fingers and my pinky sitting underneath

Very clean presence, well packaged, looks great
This shifter looks very nice. I ordered a cheapie from Amazon a year or so ago and it just didn’t hold up to the heat in a car. It was very easy to install and came with an Alan wrench to tighten the set screws. Less then a 5 minute install. Feels very well made and durable as well. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonable shifter ball to add some flare and clean up the interior of your vehicle.

does not screw on
looks great. However it does not screw onto the shift lever. three different size plastic inserts are provided, use 1 to slip over the threads. then there are three set screws to attach the knob to the shift lever. Easy to damage the threads on the shift lever. The top cap of this sift knob is attached with a Phillips head screw. It can come loose. this causes you to disassemble it and hopefully not damage your shift lever threads
