Amazing product

The capsules have natural ingredients, brand makes tall claims about regularising menstrual health but I felt it was not effective, PCOS, delays in period, cramps remained same, PMS symptoms remained same. Rather digestion worsened and I got a bit of diarrhoea almost daily ever since I started taking capsules. These capsules may not suit everyone. Effects vary depending on individual health.

I got this product after trying a lot of allopathic medicines and it did miracles I tried it for a month and I got good results and it solved my problem which I was suffering from three months. It creates a lot of heat in the body but still it is efficient. Do regular exercise control your diet and have medicines. It works.

I used to have intense PMS cramps which made normal life difficult for me. This medicine really worked for me. The pain is gone and I feel energetic even during my pms days. I have two capsules before breakfast and two after dinner. I would definitely reccomend Aadar Good Period for relieving PMS symptoms and cramps.

I have PCOD I get my period 4months once First month when I used I got my period I was very happy, but second time I got lots of pimples on my face so I stopped using this I think this will create excess of heat in our body, but this ruined my marriage.😥☹️

My cycle sometimes extended 20 to 30 days due to pcos but after I started using these capsules my cycle has regularised. Have been using it for 2 months now and will continue.

Not sure about as just started to use it but product it's expensive. I bought it @450/-. for a month which not cost effective. I don't think I would purchased it again as there are many other product which claim the same in low cost then why should I go for Good Period.

writing this review bit late .. I don't trust this product and I have zero customer support from the product it created breast pain and even after number of calls to product customer care no support provided. No support means no buy
