Great watch! I’ve had this for a couple months. It shipped fast, the inside packaging was clean and had all the necessary info for getting your watch started and customer service info.The battery life is great. There were a few light scratches around the edge of the face; I imagine from someone taking on and off a watch face. It came with brand new strap/band, that circular charging port, and a generic clunky plug.It starts to track sleep after you wear it to bed a couple times. Both the sleep tracking and step counter seem accurate. I used to have to toggle the watch on my wrist to get to sync up with the Apple fitness app but not so much anymore.Overall, Glad I bought refurbished! No horror story here.

Watch don’t hold a charge you charge it over nighr and 10 minutes after taking it out the charger the battery loses 1/2 the charge i have the warranty but they don’t want to except it

Granddaughter loves it Xmas present UPDATE: it’s now March 15th 2025 and the watch refuse to take a charge, it says connected the charging green light is on but it’s not charging at all. This was purchased on Dec 1st not sure if it can be returned, but I’ll reach out to the seller and see.

This watch is everything it’s super cute big face easy to read. Text easy to watch videos and look at photos. I just love it so much.

Fast shipping and the wash does work. Deducted two stars because it’s pretty dirty. It makes a big difference to clean the product before selling and shipping.
