Stretch Panne Velvet Velour Pink, Fabric by the Yard

Bought 2 yards to make a cloak for an 10yr old - it's perfect! Nice light/baby pink (not purplish as in photo), soft and drapes beautifully. Bought some pink velvet ribbon as a tie around the neck but now I'm thinking a simple clasp would look better. Also thought it would need some kind of satin lining for the inside, but it could really do without if it's just for indoor play. I hope it holds up to gentle wash as the item description says!

The negative reviews caused me to order as I did not want thick velvet and I know thick velvet is $30 a yard as I have some. For $4 a yard this is a steal and lightweight and perfect for skirts with leggings under them, or costumes or use the imagination . Five star for what it is

As expected, but pink is a lot lighter than the picture. It is more of a pastel pink than a dark pink. All in all, it is as expected, just listen to the reviews that it is quite see through.

The color of the fabric was so much paler than the product photo as to be a different shade entirely. This is such a thin, cheap material, I doubt it can be made into any useful item, though it might serve for a one-time costume or for use in a party decor. The seller's shipping information was also confusing; they gave me a UPS tracking number, but the item arrived via USPS with a USPS label. And forget contacting the Seller--they say it was fulfilled by Amazon and Amazon says it was fulfilled by the Seller. Neither will help you. My item arrived five days after it was supposedly delivered. I will never deal with this Seller again.

I wanted pink velour pumpkins in my front entryway. They turned out fantastic! I love this fabric! Happy Glam-o-ween!

Not color shown. It’s almost white. Definitely not pink. Very thin.
