Brilliant date night idea
Provided a brilliant date night for parents with no babysitter who had to stay at home. Lovely evening - game was just the right level to be challenging but not too hard

Fun escape game , even for 1 player
I love escape rooms and games. I have played many. And I really enjoy this one for a few reasons. This one can be played with multiple players, but more importantly can be played solo. Many escape games are made for 2 or more players only. This particular game is a mini version of this companies larger escape games. Meaning this one is much less complex, less time consuming, etc. There is basically 4 independent puzzles in each mini version. You solve those individually first, then using all 4 of your solutions you devise your final answer for the escape. If you get stuck on a particular puzzle there are hints offered as an option instead of having to just check for the correct answer. So you can use the hint and still come up with the solution yourself. The puzzles themselves are of moderate difficulty. Definitely not too hard, but enough to give your brain a good thinking. There is definitely no reaching or puzzles that make zero sense. If you have played in escape adventures before im sure you will know exactly what i mean by that. Some puzzles in some escapes tend to go off the beaten path by miles and just seem to make no sense, kind of as if the game maker ran out of ideas and started to just get plain silly. This game does not have any puzzles like that. They are all quality puzzles that I found enjoyable to play and all of them had a solid correct answer that is very solveable. The way the game is styled you can play against another player or team or you can play with another player or players as a single team trying to escape. If playing against each other, should both teams escape correctly, the win would then come down to the quickest escape. The entire game should keep you busy for about 2 hours roughly. Give or take depending on your skill level with these types of games/puzzles. It's something you could quickly and whip out if your bored one night as there is no complex set up required and no long drawn out directional booklet. Its pretty cut and dry. It is even something you could walk away from should you have to stop for any reason, and then commence later without compromising anything, should you be planning to play the game solo. Your not gonna wanna walk away if your competing obviously, especially since the win could come down to the time it took your team to solve everything and escape. Anyway, after purchasing this version I did go ahead and purchase a second mini escape from the same game maker, so I obviously enjoyed it. They make 3 different themed mini escape games. The price is right on point too. Some escape games tend to run at a cost that i sometimes feel is a bit high for what you are getting. This one is actually very fairly priced in my opinion. Now I am excited to try their full version escapes. So I'm gonna go check that out next.

Great escape room for solo players
This was a great escape room with some challenging puzzles for the money. The puzzles were themed nicely and were not overly complex to solve. Personally I sat down and solved one puzzle each night and by doing that, it allowed me to think about the game as I explored each one. If you've ever wanted to pull off a heist and pretend you're in one of the "casino heist" movies then this is the escape room game for you!

Perfect mini-escape room adventures!
I'll admit, I'm kind of an escape room addict. I scan Amazon nightly to see what new at-home escape rooms are available. I've got them all: Escape Room in a Box, Escape Tales, Escape Room The Game (and Expansions), Exit the Game, Unlock, Deckscape, Esker... you get the idea. So when I saw these pop up from Professor Puzzle, I grabbed them. My family and friends love the Unlock and Exit series the best, but sometimes I just want to do one one on my own, and these smaller ones (like Deckscape) that say they can be played in a group (and they can) I think work best for solo play. These weren't too hard, but had just the right amount of puzzle fun for a quick and pleasant diversion. I liked this Casino one just slightly better than the Zombie one, but enjoyed them both very much. I see that there is a Mall one coming soon, and I look forward to ordering that one as well!

Impossible Instructions
This game has a simple format and the premise is easy to understand: solve 4 puzzles to deduce a location on the map. It says to play as individuals, but we played as a big group. We found the instructions for each puzzle to be wildly frustrating and unclear. It was almost impossible to even understand the objective, nonetheless solve the puzzle. We wasted 1.5 hours before admitting no one was having fun.

For the price, definitely worth a try!
Unhelpful hints, but great packaging, fun prompts, and challenging but doable puzzles!
