Always keep this around for hot summer days and working in the yard. Definitely keeps you hydrated and a little break from always drinking my water. Do recommend this drink

Use this drink for the electrolytes in my workout.

Wife drinks it for electrolytes.

I prefer this for myself, as well as for my Dad, who is up there in years, now because they have less sugar than other sports drinks. My only nit-pick is the expiration dates. I recently ordered a shipment on May 5th, and all 4 bottles had an expiration date of July 11th of the same year. Store-bought bottles have a much longer shelf life.

My husband passed out and ended up in the ER. After a lot of test they concluded he was dehydrated. Let me tell you this really helped my husband feel better along with drinking lots of water. We now keep them on hand and drink when ever there are any symptoms of dehydration.

This is perfect for summers! And convenient that they're in a pack because they don't sell these at Target anymore.
