Has gone above and beyond for any questions I have had and made sure my centrifuge was delivered on time! It was well packaged and came in great shape! This centrifuge works phenomenally, I absolutely love the price point, I have worked with numerous different centrifuges that were all overpriced and this one works just as good if not better! It’s easy to use! I didn’t have to even follow the Instructions but if you need to they are very easy to follow! This centrifuge is digital allowing you to see the RPM speed and time you want to set. It does not make very much noise at all! I used mine for spinning blood to separate the PRP for cosmetic purposes and it does a great job at that! I also love how you can use a variety of sizes in tubes! Seriously impressed and very happy. Thank you!
