It really is amazing.
I built a cabinet, and the lid rests horizontally, and lifts vertically, and it still slows the descent. It really is amazing.

Good if you can figure out insulation
Very good hinge for those over head cabinets that won't stay up. This was a bit of a challenge figuring out how to install. Instructions were horrible.
