It’s Alright
This is super easy to use and such a good idea.However, it doesn’t provide me with a whole lot of relief. It does help, it’s just not life changing.It’s worth getting to see if it makes a difference for you.

Helps with neck pain and headaches
My brother bugged me until I got this. It DOES help, and my neck is in bad shape. Need surgery, but this is helpful in the meantime.

Too big for narrow necks
Not a bad idea and it works as advertised, but it is not adjustable for neck circumference and the smallest size is still so big that it doesn't really provide traction. Works okay as an airplane pillow, though.

I have a 19-20" neck and it just doesn't work.

Worked well for the cost. I know other reviews complain of the durability, but it stood up well to some heavy use when I herniated a disc in my neck.
