I hate this thing.
The media could not be loaded. It can’t handle much, the switch sticks, and customer service wouldn’t refund or replace the unit. When the switch sticks, it won’t turn off until you unplug it. The last time I used it, it started smoking. I’ve owned it for ten months, six of which I was bedridden after surgery. I used this mixer 15 times or less. Now it’s garbage that I need to haul to the dump, and pay to dispose of.

Remove dangerous switch lock, otherwise excellent
We mix up about 10 42x80lb bag pallets of concrete a year building fences. This is perfect for mixing an 80lb bag of sakrete in a 5 gal pail. As is almost always the case, start with 3/4-1 gal water in the pail first, then gradually add the concrete while mixing.

Broken Motor after light use
Not worth the money for a cheap tool

Cheap speed switch broke before first use
I thought I was going to be happy with it til I tried to use it the first time, speed switch is held on by a tiny fine thread screw you’d expect to hold a tv remote together. Speed switch fell off before making it to the first job. Very poorly built switch. If it wasn’t for that it would be a solid tool, but that’s a pretty major fail in my opinion.

Not for high viscosity
This may be fine for mixing paint or low viscosity mortars. But will not last if used for high viscosity materials. I make concrete countertops. I bought this as a back up. My good mixer, which unfortunately is out of production, was getting old. I tried it out when I got it and it just doesn’t have the power to handle heavy mixes.

Cheap trigger
Trigger was broken out of the box. Stuck on, have to unplug to turn off. Emailed manufacturer, waste of time.Don't bother with protection plan either. All you can insure is that they will do all they can to not pay.
