I went through about 3 bits trying to find something that quickly and effectively removed my cuticles. I do builder gel every other week, but the cuticle prep was taking forever. Push them back, open the "pocket" then go in with a flame bit to expose the dead skin, and nip. This bit did it all, including nipping the cuticle! I will go back with my scissors to get some pieces, but it does a fantastic job!! If you are a nail DIYer or home tech, get it!

This is a great and versatile little bit and is actually the second one I purchased. It’s intended for cuticles which I obviously use it (and works well) for, but it seems to come in handy in all sorts of little ways and I always seem to be reaching for it. I also really like how fine the grit is because I always have a pananoia of over filing my natural nails.

Work great but it’s does not clean well on thicker skin.

When Makartt started on the market, the products were hit and miss -- it seems they have become more mainstream now.This is a REALLY GOOD bit. I used it in conjunction with a nib bit, but this bit prepped the whole nail and I used it to fashion the surface of some nails. I'll grab some more incase the diamond wears down.
