I did a 30 minute intense cardio workout with this on and it worked wonders.Pros: comfortable. Lightweight but the material is strong enough to feel secure while wearing it. This does make you sweat which is great for me. The purpose of me using this is to aide in my weight loss but in the meantime, it feels great knowing that l am getting rid of the toxins in my body.Cons: order a size down. I ordered a medium and it was a little too big on me. I weigh 160lbs. Though it works for now, I will have to go down to a small.

It looks good, I could’ve ordered a size up and would not had been too big. It fits a little snug but still comfortable.

Received my sauna long sleeve women top. I'm 5.4" 177lb I was between Size L and XL, I went size up. It's a bit loose but I'm ok with it. Plus, on the sides material is soft and stretchy and as I loose weight I can saw it smaller. I like that. Wore it to gym and yes, it works, and trust me I don't sweat easily. So far I'm very happy with my purchase. Only minus so far is the smell, I washed it twice but I can still smell it but I also have super sensitive sense of smell.
