This laptop was perfect for my needs and arrived pretty quickly.
The product arrived in almost immaculate condition very well maintained for renewed product. It arrived within 5 days of ordering and so far as of writing this post its working fine in the field.

They don’t test the batteries
Make sure whomever you by from? Tests the batteries properly. There is a 9month back order on batteries for the CF54 (and FZ55) which means all they can do is send you another used battery they didn’t test..

Good, but the display isn’t touch
The offer product was whit touchscreen, but the laptop that arrives isn’t whit touchscreen. The laptop is good and the shipping was fast, but I’m disappointed for the screen.

Good Value
I ordered the computer and received it quickly. There was an issue with one of the USB ports and I had other power issues. I contacted technical support folks at Rugged Books, immediately they had me send it back for disposition. They couldn't replicate my issue, but sent a replacement laptop. That one has been running strong ever since. Good product and awesome service!
