Shelf stable and not beanie... it's great!
My local supermarket sometimes carries organic silken tofu and sometimes doesn't. I needed to find a more consistent supply and gave this a try. I'm not going back to the supermarket ones anymore. This silken tofu is great and I have no complaints! There's very little to no "bean" aftertaste to it, it's not liquidy like the supermarket one, and the case of 12 I bought has a long shelf life to it (about 11 months before it expires). You'll need clean scissors to open the individual product container, but no big deal. I'll be purchasing more on a regular basis.

Wonderful Product
I love this Morinaga Organic Silken Tofu, Pack of 12 because it's great to always have some on hand. There are so many things you can do with it. I like it for puddings, pies, and smoothies. It's always so fresh and blends with whatever I put it in.

Delicious Organic Silken Tofu
I love having boxed silken tofu on hand. It's great for puddings, cheese, vegan mayo, etc. I wish they carried Organic Firm but this one works just fine if you're looking for Organic - which is strongly recommended for soy products. The shelf life is quite long - although I use mine well before then. I would recommend.

Comforting healthy dessert
We eat this almost every night. In a blender, whiz these in order.One ripe bananaOne pack silken tofuCup or more frozen berries or chopped fruit, added gradually. Chill or gobble down now.Five minutes to creamy yummy healthy dessert!

I liked the taste and texture, unfortunately for me, they're quite expensive...

10.8 ounces, not 12 ounces each
Got this April 3, 2025 and I got 12 boxes of the new shrinkflation packaging which is 10.8 ounces each instead of 12 ounces each.The pic and description posted need to change/be updated.

Shurnken product
I've bouht this tofu on Amazon a bunch (like on a regular basis). It's been a good silken tofu. Earlier this week I clicked on the previous order and reordered the same "12oz" pack of 12. Today it arrived and the box was small. Turns out the tofu is now 10.8 oz packs. They literally dropped the tofu by 10% in mass without changing the amazon listing. So now they have increased the amount of packaging, altered the amount I use in recipes (I had turned things for 12 oz) and kept the price the same. Just honestly raise the price next time (and not have to spend on retooling and new packaging). This shrinking stuff is for the birds and guilliable.
