I found this through the Official olive oil index website as one of their gold medal winners, after I found the UC Davis study revealing that a lot of extra virgin olive oil in the supermarkets are possibly adulterated or fake. Warning, when they say intense flavor in the description, they are not lying; this is a very strong tasting olive oil. Personally, I prefer this as I feel like I absolutely am getting the freshest oil and that it's the real deal, but I can see how someone may not enjoy it. I generally use this to marinade in my go to Greek lemon chicken recipe and drizzle on salads. Definitely recommend trying at least once, I could not find any EVOO that was nearly as strong tasting in my local grocery store.

Good oil, To my taste wasn’t the Wow factor I was looking for. Just about any US grocery store would carry a similar oil for half the price.

This olive oil was quite bitter with a bit of spicy taste. It had decent ratings - maybe just not compatible with my tastebuds.

DELICIOUS! I can't understand why it's so cheap relative to the quality of this oil. Really fruity and grassy and the can has a vent on top that makes it super simple to refill an oil carafe.
