Good Atta!
I recently bought the Eurostar Chapati Atta Gluten Free Flour Medium Brown for my wife, who has gluten intolerance. Let me tell you, finding the right flour has been quite the journey! We’ve tried a few different brands in the past, but they all had one common issue: they tended to go hard after cooking, making it pretty tough for her to enjoy her favorite chapatis. But this flour? It’s a game changer. From the moment we opened the bag, we could tell it was different. The texture is just right—not too coarse, not too fine. When we made the chapatis, they came out soft and pliable, and my wife couldn’t stop raving about how much she loved them!It was such a relief to find a product that not only met her dietary needs but also delivered on taste and texture. It felt like we finally found a solution that didn’t compromise on the joy of eating. If you’re in the same boat as us, struggling to find a gluten-free flour that actually works, I highly recommend giving Eurostar Chapati Atta a try. It’s made a world of difference for us, and I’m sure it will for you, too!

Great GF aata.
This is the best gluten free flour for chapattis that I have ever tried.I use the flour as it is, but I add psyllium husk/ispaghol to it. I mix the ispaghol with water and turn it into a gel. I add that and a touch of oil to the dry flour and mix it in with my fingers so it resembles breadcrumbs.I then add very hot water with a touch of milk and oil and knead the dough until its at the perfect consistency. I let the dough rest for a while and roll it out like a normal roti. The taste isn't the same as roti (obviously) but it's a pleasant taste and a great, chewy texture, especially if you use the psyllium husk.I know I'm not following the instructions perfectly and adding my own twist, but still, this flour is amazing.Give it a go. If you use psyllium husk, make sure you buy the blonde version. For those who are saying it's sticky and you're unable to roll it out, you're using too much liquid. Another hint, use gloves and plenty of oil. It doesn't stick then. Good luck.

Fabulous gluten free flour! Eurostar deserves 5 stars!
I had been battling for the past 5 years to make gf chapatis. I have tried several different flours even mixed some combinations to make some (perfect) chapatis for my daughter who has some gut issues! Some attempts actually worked, but most of the time I really struggled to roll it properly! But with this Eurostar flour, success the first time! Very expensive range-but when one has a medical problem there is NO choice unfortunately.

Amazing!!
I've tried over 6 different chapati flours and none of them come close to this, absolutely amazing, my partner is gluten intolerant and never got to eat chapati and she loved this and so did I even though I'm not gluten intolerant but tasted the same as normal chapati, also it can be used to make somosa aswell which is added bonus plus we use it in some pizza dough making. Very happy with the purchase

Worked out quite expensive
Loved the way the chapatis turned out. Perfect gluten free chapatis, wasn't able to get them as thin as they should be, but a great substitute. At 4.99 a bag and 4.99 delivery, it turned out to be quite expensive, however, that seems to be the case with gluten free goods. The taste and texture a left the chapatis almost indistinguishable from the regular kind. My non gluten free husband tried them and said they were very good. Will be buying again, despite the price, as I haven't found a good, cheaper alternative. Actually, I haven't found any alternative.
