Great unit but you’ll need to upgrade the batteries
Ok this thing is great and does everything you need to do. But you will need to upgrade the to the 12ah batteries for most longest run time for a fridge or freezer.

Ego power station
I bought this because we have ego products so it's a bonus. I have a gas generator and I use the two to complement one another. This works well for instant power while I get the generator going. It's also nice during the night when I don't want the generator going and I can keep the important items like the refrigerator going. While I am running the generator I can charge the power station. It's also great to take along if I need power in any remote locations.

Great overall unit
I'm glad I took a chance on this unit while it was on sale this spring. I take it with me to craft vendor markets to power my heat presses, printers and cricut cutter to make on the spot custom shirts and hoodies for folks that come by. It has no problems running my heavy hitter 1400 watt heat press, a mini fridge, cricut cutter and epson sublimation printer all at once. I use the 5ah batteries and it keeps everything running for about 3-4 hours full tilt; longer with less draw. Easy enough to upgrade to 6 or even 12ah batteries for longer duration. The noise level of the cooling fans on the unit is next to nothing. My only gripe is that with all the batteries loaded the unit is moderately heavy and somewhat difficult to move around by myself, but not impossible. I will probably try to figure out some sort of hand truck or cart to use to strap it down on to help make it easier to move around

Super heavy, but very convenient
This is not light since it’s battery powered, but I love how it’s super quiet. We have a couple single battery chargers for our mower/snowblower, which charge fast. This thing takes a day to charge. I also don’t like the charge pack location, I wish it tucked away better.

Didn’t last for more than 3 to 4 years.
I bought the unit in 2020. I used in when we had a power outage about 3 to 4 time a year. It worked fine for the first 3 years and then started acting up. At first the batteries would run out of power quickly and the 5 indicators on top would turn red very quickly. Then the unit itself started turning off by itself and the batteries drained quickly. I called customer service but they said the battery warranty only lasted for 3 years. They could not do anything else for me. These batteries are very expensive. I now have decided to by a duel fuel regular generator. This expensive unit was a waste of money. I do not recommend it.

Not light, but very reliable and flexible
I have been on a prescription for a CPAP machine since 1997. The old machine is still running, but uses about 50 watts running. Never been able to get a health care provider to write me a prescription for an updated one, since a full 2 night hospital study is required these days, that costs hospital and insurance company thousands. As I am traveling soon from Rio Rancho, NM to Seattle soon and camping along the way, I purchased this EGO inverter and a 16" Ego chainsaw. The inverter will run the CPAP machine for 40-50 hours on a full charge, and with 4 charged 5 amp 56 volt batteries you can cut down a LOT of trees blocking your road. The Ego batteries are one of the most advanced ones available on the consumer market. I can use each night and run lights, etc and recharge during day off cigarette lighter 300W inverter while driving. I am breaking it in running my brother and mine's backyard woodshop shed off inverter, then recharging. I have run 3/4 HP large wood lathe, drill press, sander, band saw, small metal lathe off this unit, and it kicks it. The only reason I gave it 3 on portability is it is not light, ~ 50 pounds with 5 amp battery packs. That being said, you can do a lot with 1.1 Kwh of 110 V AC!

Back up power
Well for starters. It is heavy. However, that's not my concern. My concern is the power it gives. I'm not a fan of the battery power that comes with it. It does power a refrigerator but only last for 6+ hours. I wouldn't be upset if the solar panel would charge it at the same time you using it. But that's not the case. If i continue to keep this battery generator. I'll have to buy bigger batteries to keep things going. The reason why i may keep it is due to the interchangeable batteries. I also have a ecoflow delta 2 with the extra battery. That does charge via solar panels while using it. So I'll have to use the ecoflow to charge my batteries for this power generator since the solar panels aren't the greatest for this product. Already sent the solar panels back. So you have to buy additional Accessories to properly use this during a power outage for days on in. Theres a single fast battery charger you can buy and that's probably what I'll have to do. It's sad this device does not charge while in use. Buyers beware.

Good product to cut green house gasses
I liked the idea of keeping the same battery pack design for majority of all their products
