I gauge crude oil for a living. I use the tape on an oil thief instead of the lame rope and knot method of measuring which is idiotic. This tape is far superior to the standard tape made by Lufkin and the others. The latter are too thick and they are not engraved like this tape is. The markings are excellent and the tape is easy to handle. It has inches on one side and centimeters on the other side (for the Euro types. . . whatever). Unfortunately, the handle is kind of cheap and broke apart with a simple drop on the catwalk. I still used it for a while. I just bought another one because of the reasons mentioned about the tape itself. I'll try to be more careful with the handle to try to make this one last a little longer. The Lufkin style tapes are way too expensive. If you step on the Lufkin tape itself, you can break it. This tape will bend but you can bend it back. For this price, it's a great tape. I'll continue to use it to measure crude oil.

Been using mine for about 6 months in the oilfield. Has not given me a minute of trouble.

Hello, The product is good the main problem is that we ordered a 15m size but received a 20m, which is the 10$ cheaper. Why? Now I want to order 4 more will you send the 15m?
