Down graded version and misleading specs
I already had two Daikin 2 ton AC that I purchased in 2016. Now I needed a 1.5 ton ax and I went with their latest model(2021). There are two big issues. The first one is that they have actually down graded the AC and they are charging more for it. The new version does not have display on the wall unit and the new remote does not have light. It’s totally shocking to see basic thing removed from the previous version and charge more for it. It’s a pain to use the AC at night.The second problem is that for 2 Ton and 1.5 ton the outer unit is the same. So basically they are just fooling you by calling the same AC as 2 and 1.5 ton.I am totally disappointed with Daikin and regret buying it.Even first time they visited my home andrecommended way bigger unit than required.
