Brightness is really good, of course it depends on the lightbulb used. I would recommend an LED bulb and grab one that does 100 W. 100 W LED bulb would basically be equivalent of 10 W or 75 W from hue would be 9 watts. The remote is also pretty standard. You can press the button on the controller that lays on the ground.It’s easy to assemble, strong and sturdy. The gold tone inside the lamp gives it a nice look when the lights are off. I will warn people that it taints the color a little bit. If you’re using the standard white, warm white, or warm type colors, like gold and topaz. it works perfect and super bright.This is due the color amplifying due the warm tone of the gold. I was aware of this when I purchased it and have no issues with it.You can still use colored bulbs, but it’s slightly changes the color, but not by much. If anything, it gives the lamp a very unique look if you have multiple LED bulbs running in the living room.The images I uploaded. The whole room is white and I change the color blue on the lamp, to give you an idea. So it has a lot of frontal white light in front of it.However, if the room is dark or all the other lightbulbs are the same color blue, they would appear slightly darker by maybe 5 to 6%, nothing major.If you see the second picture, I’m using a warm white color and an amplified gold perfectly. If you’re using bright white, it looks slightly different but not by much it gives a lamp a really different type of look. This isn’t a negative but take that into account when you’re shopping. It’s the same as if you’re buying a standard lamp with an included shade. If you get one in black, white or even stone color, all the lights internally slightly change.However, the amplified light directed at walls and out stays the same. It’s only the frame of the lamp that has a slight color tinge.Again when you’re looking at it inside the room and running multiple colored lights, it looks different and kind of cool. If you’re using the standard colors , you’re set.Nothing negative to say about it. I was surprised that it was really sturdy. Nothing wobbling and it’s easy to assemble. The packaging was also done great.I will say that in the instruction manual when you’re taking the parts out and comparing to see if you have them all. There’s an image that looks like it’s a three prong stick that goes underneath the lamp. That’s actually an image of the assembled three legs brought together in one straight line, so you can ignore that and just construct the legs like normal and then connect it.

I have received tons of compliments from friends.It is super sturdy and looks very stylish in my modern style living room.Given its affordable price, I was not expecting this high level of craftsmanship, but I was surprised to find how well-built this lamp really is. The metal feels smooth and fine. The legs are sturdy and firm. It goes well with vinyl wood floor , and can fit from modern to mid-century style setting.

The media could not be loaded. Hey girlies! So I bought this lamp a few weeks ago and it’s super cute! My boyfriend is into this whole industrial theme soooooo it totally fits the theme! I used like a super cheap bulb (like omg $5!) and it still looks so good! If you happen to stumble on this lamp then I would highly recommend getting it! Okay thanks byyyyyye

I Love this dome shade floor lamp,studio Style,very suitable for hallway living room.It's compatible with an E27 base.Also, I really love its design, with a round metal cover to keep the lamp source diretly hurt the eyes, this indirect lighting design takes care of human eyes, very intelligent thinking.

This search light style lamp is quite the statement and not everyone is going to like it. (It's exactly what I wanted lol!) It has kind of a Scandinavian/MidMod style too it, which compliments my house nicely. I really like the softened light that you can direct anywhere. The cord is quite long. The step switch is nice.Honestly I love it and I think it goes well with my style. Simple. Light. Sturdy for the price and leanness.

First, I do want to say that lamp looks great! Feels sturdy and has a fantastic appearance. None of that really matters, though, because this thing is not safe.As I was assembling it I noticed that the socket felt kind of loose so I took a quick look at it and saw the copper wires exposed. I'm not much of an electrician so I just lightly tapped on the wires (not plugged in yet) and they seemed secure... so I continued with the assembly.Maybe 10 minutes after plugging it in I began to smell a smelly smell. I took a look at the lamp and it seemed fine so I left the room and continued on with what I was doing. I'd say maybe 5 minutes later and I heard a loud pop. The lamp shorted out and the bulb exploded.Thankfully that metal piece in the center contained most of the glass but... don't buy this.

Great lamp, color finish on inside helps create a very soft reading area. The swivel and tilt also come in handy when I just want accent light behind me.
