I have been taking this supplement every day for years. I take three at a time with food. Keep in mind that your body can only absorb roughly 500 mg of calcium at a time, so if you take more, space it at other times throughout the day.

Kept my lab figures in desired range

I found that I can only take one of these at a time or I get weird heart palpitations, so I just take one at bedtime. I was having terrible leg and foot cramps quite often, like more than once a night, and they have almost entirely stopped since I’ve been taking this. The capsules do have a bit of powder on the outside, as other reviewers have mentioned, but I just rub it off with my fingers which takes two seconds max.

Love this and notice. A huge difference in my nails and hair when taking not to mention my restless leg at night. Doesn’t irritate tummy and no toxic additives. Love it
