Only used it for 30 minutes on the treadmill and the sweat was drippin!!..Good quality belt 👌💯 nice fit too.Regarding reviews saying it don't stick properly and don't make you sweat...obviously aren't using it right - the velcro is super sticky and if ya doing ya workout right then you will certainly get a sweat on while wearing this belt 😜I'm impressed with it 👌💯🏃‍♀️

Does exactly what you want it too, great back support whilst running, velcro is strong and doesn't feel like it's going to wear anytime soon. Really makes you sweat and great if your using a weighted Hula Hoop as it also stops it from catching on the skin. It's wide and long with room to spare, very light weight.

The slimming belt is comfortable to wear. Easy to put on as it uses Velcro to keep hold. It also helps with back posture due to the rigid material - it does bend a little (when you bend) but encourages keeping correct posture when bending or lifting objects.Personally I went for size M which is perfect fit for me. I would suggest going for L if your waist size is around 36 and up, otherwise it may feel uncomfortable to wear due to tight fit.Cannot comment on the effects yet as it is too soon, but based on other reviews, results should be visible over the next couple of weeks!
