Dell Optiplex 7010 PC, 2 x 24 FHD Dell Monitors, Wireless Keyboard and, WiFi, i5, 8GB, 480GB SSD Storage, Windows 10 (Renewed)

Shipped fast, packaged great, worked out of the box. So this is a refreshed (used) computer so do not expect for it to be new. Mine worked out of the box and came with all needed cables etc. I did have a scratch on one monitor screen and some small blemishes, but paid a lot less than I would have done with a new computer. I have kids so I am sure that there will be more scratches and blemishes in the near future. I replaced the WIFI USB with a $20 antenna and switched out the wireless mouse and keyboard with you old one. It has been a week now and the computer is working great. I was worried about the 8GB ram but it is not an issue even with 10 windows open and watching a you tube video. I am very impressed for what I got for less than $300. I would highly recommend this computer system to any family.

This was a great buy. The monitors were brand new & both Dell. All the required parts came together in the box & shipping was fast. The only con was the wireless mini usb adapter to connect to my wifi didn't work. It was a small fix for me. Bc I was in a time crunch to WFH, I didn't contact the seller & just went to Target to purchase one for $10. Set up was easy (I am not a techie). I'm very happy with my purchase. It works great!

This really is a 5 star system, especially for the expense. However I had an issue with the first system I received so I didn't feel it was fair to give 5 stars. The first system had issues with the keyboard and the CPU didn't have Windows installed. Apparently it slipped through the certification process. Needless to say it was disappointing when I had removed my old computer to set up the new one and it didn't work. However in Amazon fashion they gave me a call to discuss the problem, shipped me another CPU and keyboard along with a return label for the ones that didn't work. The monitors are great and the CPU is more than I need to work remotely. Highly recommend this system if all you're doing is using the internet to log onto your work computer remotely.

We bought these in late April of last year and didn’t use them until the Fall. In a few short months the monitors wouldn’t connect and the reason why was because apparently the hard drive is no longer in the tower or something like. Trying to get this issue resolved with this company has been horrible. It’s been phone tag repeatedly and when I call (even right at 9am) NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO TAKE MY CALL. It’s so absurd! But they reply to my messages asking me the day and time they can call and they NEVER do. I’m so bummed out because I feel like I wasted money and I’m not getting any help. Buyer beware

Runs smoothly, easy set up, bright and very clear resolution screens! I adore the size of the screens as it allows for many windows and programs to be open at once with no problem which is perfect for those working from home, on social media for business or pleasure, and even gaming! I adore the computer and I paid a fraction of the price it would be retail so very very happy with this purchase and HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing a desktop computer with not a clue what to go with... Dell.... Go with Dell... Take it from me you will not regret your decision! I used to own an HP and thought I'd never go to any other brand until I tried and experienced Dell and the larger double screens!

So please look beyond my bag of M&Ms and breast pump but this computer has allowed me to go back to school and work from home .... plugged right in and had no issues other than missing an HDMI cord for the one of the screens. Customer service was bomb and sent it out ASAP .... I had no cosmetic issues and it’s been a blessing to have so far. I have my router next to my computer so I’m not using WiFi but I have had this computer since June and it’s great!!! The mouse and keyboard are not top notch I upgraded and got something a bit sturdier but other than that it’s perfect

First class quality re-manufactured system. Fired right up on WIn10 pro, and in a few minutes had it all set up and running. Monitors were brand new, and are solid for business, video and light gaming.Very fast and smooth.A+++++
