This product seems like it’s very good quality material. I honestly don’t usually put things together myself but decided to do it on my own. The instructions were perfect and had no issues at all putting it together. Can’t wait to get my strawberry plants in them for a fruitful season. Loved the tiered construction.

I received a kit that had a deformity that meant I couldn't put it together without doing some seriously questionable adjustments. The seller did speak and contact with me and sometimes these things happen I am able to return it. It seems like this is not a common problem.

Just finished planting mature flowers and herbs, seeds and seedlings. It is quite beautiful to look at. Looking forward to see how it grows over the next few months.

1. Follow the instructions and assemble the planter hortizontally on the floor(intructions are worse than ikea)2. If used outside: Remove the pots and spray clear Rostolium on the frame and hanger supports and let dry.3. Drill holes in corners and the center front of the pots so that they will drip into the next lowest pot(If your plants are indoors, dont drill holes in the last bottom pot to avoid water on the floor)I use this planter to make hybrid hot and sweet peppers...working well so far

This is a great garden option for a terrace, balcony or yard. It’s sturdy and well made. Just a few caveats, which by no means deter from the overall quality of the product. First of all, when putting this together, be sure the LEDGE of the horizontal bars are facing UP so that the lip of the planter sits on top of it. It’s not clear from the instructions, and if placed upside down, the planter boxes won’t be able to sit correctly. Secondly, the planters do not have drain holes. We drilled them in ourselves. The plastic is thick so an electric drill is necessary. Third, the planters are only 6 inches deep- so be sure whatever you are planting can sit in it and be completely covered by soil. That said, it looks great and we are using it to grow strawberries, lettuce and other vegetables. The taller plants must be on the top tier as there is some overlap of the planters.

I, like many other people in the reviews, thought that there were a couple of mis-aligned pieces in this vertical raised garden bed (see attached picture that I used from another reviewer). Mine looked exactly like this other reviewer's assembly. I was about to contact the seller to get replacement pieces but I figured that I would give it one more try. I put these pieces back together and applied much more force. With that brute force, the screw holes were then aligned and I was able to put the screw through both pieces. I didn't think that the top piece would slide any further down, but with quite a bit of force it did indeed go down further. I hope this helps others, as I have seen other people in the reviews state that they contacted the company for replacement parts.

I did not plant my herbs in the containers. I have them in pots that fit within the containers. I dod this do I can bring the pots in whenever I want to cut certain herbs. The herbs are thriving. The frame was easy to assemble. I highly recommend.

I bought to use as a herb garden. Nice heavy-duty shelf. My planters did not come with drainage holes. I drilled small holes across front edge of each planter so that it would drain into planter below. This is very heavy to move around. Since I wanted to move in & out of strong sun or weather, I bought a portable washer mover (Pacecare was the perfect size) to sit it on as you can see in my pic. Makes it super easy to move! This garden shelf was easy to assemble & seems very sturdy.
