My naturopathic doctor put me on these pills for an irregular heartbeat. They completely cleared up the problem in about a week. When I ran out of pills I started having problems again. As long as I stay on them, I have almost no problem with my heart. I'm glad to have found a source where I can order them directly myself. These pills work, and best of all they are just a vitamin/herbal supplement with no harmful side effects. Great product!

This is a great product! I don't have a heart condition that I know of but rarely do I feel the difference from a vitamin like I do when I take this one

Cannot return due to health concerns per Amazon. No indication in product description as to size of tablets. I knew immediately when I received the bottle that the tablets would be impossible for me to swallow due to the size of the bottle. Now Amazon website says “some found these tablets hard to swallow.” If that had been noted on Amazon website or included in description when I placed my order, I would not have ordered them.

Checks all my heart supplement boxes and more, been using for 4 years or so.But I am actually afraid of choking on one of these tablets and dying. I approach each gigantic horse tablet swallowing episode as a major daily event, with trepidation . I don't do it in the middle of the night or when I'm tired. I take lots of liquid, fizzy watter or kefir/buttermilk, anything that helps the swallowing.AND, you basically get only one chance to swallow each tablet (although I keep trying but have thrown the tablet away) because the thin glaze on the tablet disappears quickly and then you are left with trying to swallow a giant slug of #280 sandpaper...

How do you know vitamins are really working? Well I suppose if I took these daily as directed and had a before & after blood test after many months, I'd know. I'm scheduled for that test in 3 months, so I'm going to try to take these as directed for 3 months and see what my test results are. The daily dose is 3 to 6 of these good sized caplets per day, with a meal. That's a lot of pills, especially if you take other supplements or meds.

73 year old female that recently started having headaches and high BP over last few months. My PCP provided traditional prescribed BP meds that gave me adverse reactions such as swollen legs and drowsiness and did not improve BP.
