Worst quality. Not germinated any seeds

This is a great product and am also a fan of Farm Seeds brand. Almost all the area that i seeded germinated. 80-90% of seeds germinated. It germinated with in a week on shaded areas and took a week or so in the direct sunlit areas. It all may depends on your soil quality and pre and post seeding procedures. It worked well for me, so i bought 2 bags 1st and i ordered another 4 more bags later. I had around 12,000sqft to reseed and was left with 1bag and half for future use.

It requires enough watering to germinate but within 15days ot grows n whole lawn take time when ever u cut it get dense😁

The grass took 2 weeks to grow. Results are good . For successful germination the seeds have to be planted properly in the soil .It won't grow on hard soil. Extremely satisfied with the results.

It did not germinate. A few here and there. Disappointing 😞
