Q: How Durable is the machine? The warranty is usually a good indicator of how the company believes in the product and its a questionable warranty

I wore out the base twice on my M7 in 4 years. Trying to decide if an M9 is worth the hassle when a subscription is required since the warranty is expired on current unit.

The idiosyncrasy of the machine on the Manual program is that choosing any odd number level (e.g., 7) increases to the next level at the turn of the next minute.

Q: Is this unit recommened for beginers also.

The M7 has a resistance level from 1 to 20. 20 is intense. When I bought it, with an okay cardio already I was at about 10 or 15. Within a few months I got to 20, and then got more and more intense (and longer workouts). It has the ability to get you back in shape if you need to start at a lower setting first.

Q: Weight limit is 300lbs....I am 291..anyone close to that weight that has used this?
