If you like sour savory food, start making this soup. We add celery, carrots, potatoes, bacon, and soft boiled eggs. Dip sourdough in it. Soooo yummy. Such a unique flavor.

Makes a Delicious Soup
We lived in Poland for awhile and Zurek was one of our favorite restaurant items. I followed a Zurek recipe by the Polish Housewife replacing the Zur with this because the instructions on the jar were in Polish. It was delicious, probably not authentic, but my Polish husband LOVED it.
