Minimal Cocoa Butter,250g

Made 500 grams chocolate out of it. Product is superb.

It doesn't look pleasant maybe due to being unprocessed and has no noticeable aroma until you start melting it. Once it starts melting, the kitchen will smell chocolate. Used it for enrobage of my entremet dessert, worked as desired. Also use it in my cream patisserie with 50-50 combination of regular butter and the results are awesome. Packaging could be better. In Indian summer it tends to melt while in transit. My package was little puncture and leaking.

I have tried making chocolate with this butter and the taste is very bad. Please try another brand as this has granules.

I made chocolate for first time using minimal confections cocoa butter. It was yum and didn't melt at room temperature. Most important it's cost effective.

This product seems to be of similar quality (taste) as more expensive ones.

No aroma, no taste. I really can’t even figure out what is it made of. Shape and structure of cocoa butter but absolute absence of any taste or scent. This is really weird

this was once excellent quality cacao butter in it's beginnings. However, by the time i received it, it was certainly rancid
