This product is great, I take the optimum does recommended by several professionals. I work in doors and need to keep my Vit D levels up (especially in this global situation).My only wish is that they would offer a pouch refill option, I can keep the plastic bottle and refill from a thin plastic bag pouch, that would need less packaging and be more environmentally friendly.

I’ve been taking these pills for the last 3 months and have definitely seen an improvement in my mood. I take it at night just before bed, the capsules are super easy to swallow and they have no taste. There are so many capsules, great value for money.
