Overall good item, helps with knee padding against the panels. Pads themselves could use better manufacturing process. The corners away from the rider seem to be deeper then the rest of the adhesive area, so I really had to work it in. Also I ended up cutting of the aligning pieces sticking out on the back, this way i did not have to drill any holes. I put many tank pads on bikes so unless you have issues aligning the pads correctly, there is no need to drill anything, just cut them off, heat them up, warm up the panels and work them in.

Pads are a light silver, not "white" as described in the product description. Perfect match for seats on 2020 GTX in beach blue metallic/lava grey.Installation was easy even with drilling the 5/8s holes. Panels come off in a minute with just a pushpin and size 30 torx.The adhesive backing used is not that great though. I used isopropyl alcohol to clean the panels and installed while the panels were warm from sun but they started peeling/ lifting off in spots a day or two after installation. I heated with a hairdryer and it seems to have resolved the lifting but time will determine how well that worked. Would reccomend using the hairdryer on initial install to heat panels as well as adhesive backing on pads.Well worth the dollars and a sinch to install. Riding in comfort while sparing my knees from getting banged up on rough rides and spirited wake jumping.

As advertised, great for the knees in rough water, easy install. Backing peeled off very easy. I used adhesion promoter for a stronger bond. It’s not coming off!
