Q: Does this come with sugar cubes?

Yes. The purchase also includes 5 packets of sugar. Each packet contains 2 sugar cubes, for a total of 10 sugar cubes.

Q: Does it have the bend in the handle to keep it from sliding off the glass?

There is a slight bend in mine, but to be honest it doesnt matter either way. I think thats more of an aesthetic thing. If you're spoon is sliding off you should probably find a more level surface to prepare absinthe haha
