I purchased the smaller molds from a different seller and paid more. These appear to be exactly the same thing at a fraction of the cost per piece that I paid for my other molds. I love the basket pattern the larger ones create on the cheese. Keep in mind that these molds are for cheeses that do not require pressing so the walls aren't really very thick.

Great for molding semi soft cheese and home made Feta and Queso. Sturdy, thick plastic with semi fine mesh perfect for finishing a variety of home made cheese products.

A good beginner mold kit. I mainly make homemade feta using the bigger molds and keep the ricotta in smaller ones. Can be used for a variety of cheeses. Could be a little cheaper but plastic is good quality.
