This is so cute with mattress's, pillows and blankets. I think my granddaughters will love it!

I purchased this for my granddaughter for Christmas and although (as of this review writing) she hasn't received the gift yet, I know she will adore it. It's very attractive and well made. The proportions are generous and the dolls will fit comfortably. I like the flexibility that it can serve as a bunk bed as well as two individual twin beds. The assembly instructions were clear and simple and I had it assembled in a short time. The bedding is also cute although a little thin. I'm sure she will enjoy this bunk bed for years to come.....and since it's so well made, she'll be able to pass it on to her children in the future.

Great value. Great toy. Packaging was good. A small box within a larger box. Super easy to set up. The screws could be a little longer. In my case it's not a problem. My kids are elementary age and they know it's a toy not a 4 poster bed at the plaza. Design is great. We are happy the AG dolls don't have to sleep in a cubby any more. When the kids are in school the dolls use it as a bunk. When it's play time we take the beds apart. We didn't find the need to clue the bed in place. Really glad we didn't buy the one at the AG store. Also, it's stronger than I expected. A book bag with books recently fell on it. It's still in tact.

I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas last year. It was really cute and was about what you expected. One of the pink balls was pulled out from a younger granddaughter, but was simply glued back in. I would not buy it for a child under 4 because they might try to lay in the bed, which would be too much for it, and the bed itself is not made of very thick wood. It is just as durable as other doll beds though, because I have ordered two others. I made new bedding for it with matching pillows, which was adorable. I would, however, recommend this product, just not for a small child.

After putting this item together I was excited by its appearance. I purchased it as a gift for my daughter, from my mother.The first time my daughter (7) played with it, it fell apart. I glued it figuring that would do the trick. Not so much. It has been a constant problem and cause for tears. Don't waste your money!!If I hadn't thrown away the box I would return it. Too much of a hassle now. If I could give it a 0 I would!!

Bunkbeds for her bitty babies were on my daughter's wishlist, and we puchased this item as a birthday present...she loved it! It is beautiful and well made, and was a snap to assemble. I used wood glue as recommended in previous reviews for the knobs on top of the bed, and for the wooden stiles that connect the top half to the bottom half. it shipped to us quickly as promised, and we just love it. thank you!

This was a gift for my Granddaughter for Christmas. Although she hasn't seen it yet, I know she will absolutely love it as she an obsessive little mom at the age of 2. The quality of this little bed exceeded my expectations and as a contractor I know will last until she outgrows her baby stage. Quick shipping, quick assembly, adorable details.

This is a Christmas present for our granddaughter, but my husband and I did assemble the bunk beds so the parents would not have to do this. They seem very sturdy. The only problem is the bedding. The top blanket is only as wide as the bed, which is fine if the American Girl full size dolls are not in the bed, but it only lays on the top portion of the doll. It will not cover the dolls... way too narrow. Who ever designed the bedding did not consider the bed being used with the doll to be covered up. I actually made two extra blankets so she would be able to cover her dolls when they go to bed.
