I looked high and low for a silicone steamer to use in a pan on the stove. Stumbled across this and it works wonderfully. Fits perfectly into my smallest pan. the handles hold the lid off just a touch which for me is a good thing. The items are easy to monitor and slide right out when im ready for them. That makes it super easy to keep clean. Perfect addition to my kitchen gadgets.

I LOVE my instapot. It is the only cooking appliance I use and I love that I can make multiple services in one go and save the rest for later. That being said I HATE transferring the leftovers to a container for storage. With this lid I can skip a couple steps, dirty less dishes and cut clean up time by a couple of minutes. Fits GREAT on my 8qt pot. It slaps right on and sticks to the edge of the pot with a great seal. The silicone is thick and feels like it will last a long time. The product definitely fulfills it's function. Thank you for making my life easier.

One of the best purchases I’ve ever made! Very heavy, high quality. Fits tightly and allows me to store or cool foods directly in my stainless steel instapot liner.

I’m happy I bought it: I so often leave my dishes in the stainless steel IP pot after they’re cooked and chilled, and then move right into the fridge. This fits my IP, but not tightly. However, that doesn’t bother me: I’m not intending to attempt to turn it upside-down for storage. I love that I can wash it in the dishwasher, and I love being able to fit it atop the IP in the refrigerator rather than fussing with plastic wrap. It will get a lot of use, and I’m happy I bought it.

I am pleased with this cover. It fits on the liner of my instant pot and kept the food covered in the fridge until I was ready to reheat it. Good value and does its job. I would buy again.

Material is substantial and worth the cost, but the lid does not create an airtight seal on my 6 qt Instant Pot Pro (I was expecting it to do so)."On the fence" consideration: Perhaps hot and cooling food would cause pressure and vacuum that would wreak havoc with the lid without some sophisticated relief mechanism if it were to seal airtight, and hence, the design may be the chosen best compromise.2/9/25 update: I'm upping my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. After using this lid a number of times, I find it very good for the purposes I use it. A vacuum does form when hot food conents cool with this lid on, and it pulls the lid in a little then for awhile, just to note, but that's something that is not consequential--just saying. I don't have or foresee any need to have an airtight lid for the Instant Pot liner, for I only have a need to temporarily have a lid on the liner, e.g., overnight while my yogurt does it's final cooling before being put into containers.
