BSN Wireless Shot Clocks & Controller

We used these for ABA games at area high school gyms. Battery lasts a long time and we never had any issues with wireless use. They are fantastic.

Used it only once so right now so far so good!

Used the clock 2 times, and packed it away for the summer. pulled it out last week and it doesn't work. I contacted BSN and provided them with the order # and all information I have with respect to the item. BSN told me that the clock does have a 1 year warrantee but they can't find the order in "their" system so basically I'm out of luck. I will be charged for a replacement. Right now I'm out almost $800.00 because they can't find the order in 'their" system. I hope to hear from Amazon because BSN's response seem to be unfair. What is my recourse if BSN can't or wont help?

These shotclocks add a professionalism to the gym.very sturdy and the wireless feature is great. Easy to program and use.

The item came with a problem in the controller who have a bottom stock in the right side the last one bottom

Our school purchased these (with the console) for our water polo games. The unit worked great, just as promised, but the displays are VERY hard to read outdoors in bright sunlight. We had to build boxes to put them in so that they could be seen. These are great indoors, but I don't recommend these for outdoors unless they are shaded..

Wouldn't work past 20 feet. Spoke to customer service will replace item I will give another review when I get the new clock

It worked for 1 week and y’all wouldn’t fix it or refund me my money back
