Such a smooth roast of coffee! My favorite coffee shop uses this, I bought it to use on my breville and I am so pleased with how it comes out even in my breville machine. Love partners! Can't wait to try other roasts and flavors next.

Bold and smooth
I have bought a few whole bean coffees from Partners, this is one of my favorite (the other is Flatiron). I use it for doppio or cortado (4 shorts + one part steamed milk, low foam). It is bold, nice nutty and caramel note but observably lower acidity than other dark roast I have tried. Recommend

Pour taste and value.
I tried this and just didn’t like it. Quite sour and acidic not really worth it. Ground fresh daily tried in a Bona Vita coffee maker, French press and aero press. Double filtered water as well. Not impressed at all. Of course I do take my coffee seriously.

I recently purchased a La Marzocco GS3(my 45 yo Krups finally gave up) I went to Italy first in 2015 and realized the espresso was SOO much more aromatic and full of flavor, the one brand I always saw on the baristas shelf was lavazza so when I returned to the states I would get that here on Amazon. I have a good grinder and espresso machine and can really “dial in” the intensity of my brew and now am sampling the various fresh roasts here in the states. So far there are quite a few that I enjoy and agree with reviews. Partners Flatiron is next. Kona peaberry is my favorite BUT, it’s kinda pricey and I’ve ordered from the same farm I purchased while visiting and received stale beans. I like the taste of coffee and don’t like flavored with vanilla or maple, snickerdoodle…I will follow up as soon as I sample it next
