Been using Host Defense "Brain" supplement for over a year now. The combination of mycobotanicals really works! I feel more alert, sharper, and have a bit more energy than with the other supplements I was taking. My wife thinks so too, she has stopped bugging me. That alone makes the product worth every penny!!!

As I get older, I am frustrated that my thinking isn’t as clear as I would like. This product is excellent. The user is instructed to take two each day. I’m a frugal person, so I cut the dose to one pill a day. Bad idea. Two is needed for optimum results.

I've tried a few different "mushroom complex" supplements over the years and this one is by far the cream of the crop!!! And it's not even close!! ........ Once it took effect it was a beyond noticeable feeling of focus + calm in my brain and thoughts. Whatever ingredients they're sourcing it's gotta be the best of the best....I even tested it out before a workout at the gym--- focused, calm and felt as balanced as can be. The end.

I believe this is one of the best out there to improve brain function...though only tried one other..

I'm 73 y.o. and my memory was definitely slipping...definitely. But these supplements along with others from the same manufacturer have made a huge difference.
